Techniques maîtrisées :
- Proficient in monitoring the kinetics of aggregation of Amyloid-β peptide in presence of metal ions, as Zn(II) and Cu(II), by Fluorescence spectroscopy. - Exporting the competence acquired in the aggregation monitoring to optimization a system for monitoring the peptide aggregation by Cyclic Voltammetry. - Able to work independently on Cyclic Voltammetry. - Photophysical study of new marker able to monitoring the aggregation of peptide by UV-Vis spectroscopy or by Fluorescence with potential biologically compatibility. - Good command of imaging Amyloid-β aggregates by Atomic Force Microscopy and Transmission Electronic Microscopy and purifying Amyloid-β peptide by Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography and its condition optimization. - Proficient use of Microwave Peptide Synthesizer and deprotection of synthetic peptide and their purification by HPLC. -Use of principal laboratory techniques as UV-Vis, Fluorimeter, IR spectroscopy, Cyclic Voltammetry, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, TEM, AFM, SPPS. -Good command of the technical software ChemDraw, KaleidaGraph, OriginLab, SPSS, OriginLab, Hyperquad, PyMol, MestReNova.
