Objectifs :

To meet the major challenge of doubling the number of Deeptech start-ups in France, the government, in partnership with Bpifrance, has launched the i-PhD competition as part of the Deeptech Plan. Its aim is to reward young researchers with entrepreneurial projects involving disruptive technologies. ‘The aim is to prepare doctoral students and young researchers for this competition.

By the end of the day, young researchers will have matured and structured their business start-up project, and completed their i-PhD application. They will also have prepared their pitch and produced a first version of their video. This training involves individual coaching, because each young researcher has a very specific project. There is therefore one coach for each young researcher.

Programme :

•Interview on the doctoral student's motivation
•Description of the project (Before/After Region tool)
•Analysis of the nature of the innovation using the Region's NOOV'UP tool
•Technological maturity of the project (TRL scale)

•Potential target markets
