• Classify a learning outcome according to the cognitive process and the level of knowledge that are aimed
• Write a SMART learning outcome (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound)

• Concrete Experience : writing a learning outcome
• Reflective Observation : comparing the written learning outcomes
• Abstract Conceptualisation : presenting concepts and applying principles
• Active Experimentation : personalizing the proposed method to write a learning outcome
